Who are we: The judgement free customer who comes in with a fresh pair of eyes and tells you what you are doing great and where there is room to improve (and how to improve). We help you nail that 5 star service and atmosphere rating and some nifty ideas on how to grow your revenue and make your business soar.

We want brands to survive in the current climate. Customers are becoming increasingly selective with where they spend their money and one poor experience can chase them away. People remember great experiences, even if they don’t remember the food or drink they consumed so our purpose is to look at your brand with fresh eyes and suggest great ideas that will create those amazing experiences. Essentially we are the Operations Manager you wish would come in and smash it (without the hefty annual salary).

Simply, we offer a one off evaluation package which looks at your brand from a customer service point of view - completely anonymous to your team so they will be performing as they would for any customer. Once completed, we give you a document with a full 360 evaluation on the service and atmosphere of the resturant/cafe/bar and some strategies to fix some of the challenges. This is about taking an honest look at the space/service and highlighting the good, the bad and the ugly and fixing it with logical remedies.

We also do launches and troubleshoot with businesses and stakeholders to get your business off to a flying start and keep it up there where it belongs

We also offer a set of accreditations that allow you to display that you are an expert in certain services such as child, differing abilities and dog friendly.
